Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you request a quote or place an order, we collect: your name, email, company (optional), project description, delivery address, and billing address. We do not collect or store payment card numbers — those go directly to Stripe.

2. STL files

Files uploaded solely to generate a quote are deleted from our server immediately after processing. Files attached to a paid order are retained only until the order is fulfilled and are automatically deleted after a limited period. We never share, sell, or reuse customer design files.

3. Who we share data with

• Stripe — processes your payment and billing address for fraud/AVS checks.
• Resend — delivers order confirmation and internal notification emails on our behalf.

We do not sell customer data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. How long we keep order records

[DRAFT — needs your input] Order records (name, addresses, pricing, project description) are retained in our systems for bookkeeping and customer service purposes. Contact us if you'd like your record deleted after an order is complete.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or request its deletion, by emailing quotes@barz3d.com.
