Refund Policy

1. Deposit refunds

[DRAFT — needs your input] A 50% deposit is required to begin production. If you cancel your order before printing has started, your deposit is fully refundable — email quotes@barz3d.com with your order number.

2. Once printing has started

[DRAFT — needs your input] Once a part has entered production, the deposit covers material and machine time already committed and is generally non-refundable. We'll work with you on a case-by-case basis if there's a legitimate issue with the order.

3. Defective or incorrect parts

[DRAFT — needs your input] If a delivered part doesn't match the specifications of your uploaded file due to an error on our end, we will reprint it at no additional cost or issue a refund for the affected part, at our discretion.

4. Design errors

We print parts as specified in the file you upload. If a part doesn't function as intended due to an issue with the design itself (not a printing error), reprints are available at standard pricing, not free of charge.

5. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
